WRotate ("we", "us", or "our") operates the WRotate website and iOS application. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up via Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Content you create: Watch collection data, wear logs, photos, comments, posts, club memberships, and any other content you add to WRotate.

Device information: If you enable push notifications on iOS, we store your device token to deliver notifications. We also collect basic usage data such as device type and operating system version.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the WRotate service
To display your profile, collection, and posts to other users based on your privacy settings
To send push notifications about likes, comments, follows, and other activity (when enabled)
To improve the app and fix bugs

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure (backed by AWS). Photos are stored in Supabase Storage. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only visible to other WRotate users according to the privacy settings you choose (Public, Followers Only, Close Friends, or Private).

5. Your Privacy Controls

Visibility: You control who sees your posts, collection, and wishlist through granular privacy settings (Public, Followers, Close Friends, Private).
Account privacy: You can set your account to private so only approved followers see your content.
Push notifications: You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. This permanently removes your profile, watches, posts, comments, and all associated data from our servers.

7. Children's Privacy

WRotate is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Cookies

We use browser local storage and cookies to maintain your login session and store your preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
